We will host a day of wellness for youth, families, and community members. Our theme will be "Bouncing Forward," which will focus on how participants can build resilience through challenging times. Our guest speaker Lance Alexander will share his personal story of growth and how he gained strength through challenging times. Community members will engage with vendors/service providers that offer local services. We will host a 3-point basketball contest for all ages and an arts and crafts station.
