The Youth Mental Health & Wellness Fair will serve middle and high school students in Paramount, a community where Latinx and Black youth face significant barriers to care, including stigma, language gaps, immigration-related stress, racial trauma, and limited access to culturally responsive mental health resources.

This initiative advances Prevention and Early Intervention objectives by addressing mental health before challenges escalate into crisis-level needs.

By creating a safe, engaging, community-based space, we promote a “help first” model that strengthens protective factors early, improving long-term health, academic, and social outcomes for youth.
