Shakinah’s Glory Homes invites you to a community-centered mental health and wellness fair centering on teen mothers while welcoming children and all community members to participate. Attendees will connect with trusted organizations providing free mental health resources, wellness education, and referrals to supportive services. Throughout the day, participants will engage in interactive workshops such as yoga, mindful breathing, art therapy, Zumba, financial literacy, and holistic self-care.

A peer-led panel will create space for mothers to share experiences and reduce stigma around seeking mental health support, and the event will conclude with a keynote speaker focused on health, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.
