Pressure We Carry is a curated spoken word experience bringing poets and community members together for an evening of powerful storytelling and reflection. Through original poetry, artists share honest perspectives on stress, expectations, identity, and the emotions many of us carry but rarely say out loud. The event also features a brief sound bowl meditation to create a moment of grounding between performances. Community partners will be present with resources and information, offering attendees ways to stay connected and supported throughout Los Angeles County.
