Hope & Grow Resource Fair is a mental health awareness event for disabled and autistic individuals, their caregivers, and families. It aims to reduce stigma, provide practical support, celebrate resilience, and foster inclusive community connections through conversations, support circles, wellness activities, and outdoor activities. Panels, peer- and expert-led groups, and movement and mindfulness activities emphasize sensory diversity. Outdoor games, inclusive family activities, and a celebration recognizing overlooked groups. An all-day resource fair educating and raising awareness, while ongoing accessibility ensures all participants can engage meaningfully.
