Healing Through Harmony Adult Wellness Event is a restorative wellness experience for adults with lived experiences of reentry, substance use recovery, mental and physical health challenges, and housing instability. Set in a peaceful environment, the event offers space for reflection, renewal, and reconnection. Participants enjoy live music, guided mindfulness, therapeutic animal interactions, and horse-drawn carriage rides that promote dignity and stress relief. Inspirational speakers and wellness professionals share messages of hope and practical tools for resilience. Nutritious food is provided to foster comfort and community while connecting participants to culturally responsive support and resources.

This event is for adults age 21+. Younger community members are encouraged to attend our Healing Through Harmony Wellness Event — Youth and Young Adults (ages 11-21).
