DORIS will host a free, family-friendly wellness event that brings the community together for an upbeat day of healing and connection. Participants will engage in fun, accessible wellness activities such as guided dance and movement, beginner-friendly yoga options, and calming aromatherapy experiences. Community partners will host resource tables offering mental health and wellness information, referrals, and supportive tools (no clinical services onsite). Refreshments and water will be provided to reduce barriers and help families stay engaged throughout the event. The festival-style atmosphere will be welcoming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, creating a safe space for joy, learning, and community care.
