Spend the day exploring accessible yoga practices and practical stress-reduction tools that support grounding, resilience, and emotional balance. Together we will learn how breath, movement, and present-moment awareness can help us navigate daily challenges with greater ease. Activities include:
Yoga Classes
9:30am – Slow Flow Yoga: Gentle, accessible movement focused on breath awareness and nervous system support.
11:00am – Power Yoga Flow: An energizing practice focused on strength, embodiment, and resilience.
Community Wellbeing Workshop: Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness
2:00pm – 3:30pm
An interactive workshop offering evidence-based practices that support emotional awareness, stress reduction, and long-term mental wellbeing.
