Event Description
Community Wellness Day invites participants into a day of movement, mindfulness, and collective care. The experience includes a gentle slow flow yoga practice focused on breath and nervous system regulation, along with an energizing power yoga flow centered on embodied resilience and strength. The day also features a stress reduction workshop exploring how meditation and mindfulness practices can support awareness, resilience, and everyday tools for managing stress. Together, these offerings create space for grounding, restoration, and wellbeing in community.
