This in-person community wellness event will provide a welcoming, culturally affirming space for families and individuals to access important resources and information. Attendees will enjoy food, beverages, arts and crafts, yoga, sound bath, and other meditation activities that promote relaxation and community connection. Partner organizations will host resource tables with mental health experts and educational materials. Speakers, panelists, and peers will share insights on mental health awareness and discuss ways we can continue working together to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in our communities.
