Join us at St. Elizabeth Church in Altadena for CHIRLA’s Mental Wellness and Health Fair, a community‑centered approach designed to support families affected by the wildfires.

This fair brings together mental health education, early‑sign recognition workshops, clinical and wellness presentations, and connections to local mental health organizations offering tools for emotional wellbeing. Attendees will also have access to free health screenings along with community resources, including food pantries and giveaways.

To promote whole‑person wellness, the event features yoga, family‑friendly activities, and a healing poetry session with uplifting and reflective spoken word that nurtures expression, all aimed at fostering a safe, inclusive environment that invites community healing.
