Del Aire CDC will host a Community Healing & Wellness Day focused on promoting early awareness of emotional wellbeing and increasing access to community-based mental health resources.

-Mindfulness and stress-reduction workshops
-Interactive activities that promote emotional awareness
-Tabling by local mental health practitioners and community-based providers
-Resource materials connecting families to SPA 8 supports

The event is designed to create a safe, welcoming space where families can learn tools for stress management, emotional regulation, and healthy coping strategies.
