Facilitated discussions featuring speakers and individuals with lived experience will address stress management, emotional wellbeing, and available community supports for the entire family. Participants will engage through guided conversation and Q&A, helping to reduce stigma and encourage early help-seeking behaviors in a flexible, inclusive format.
Dinner will begin at 6 p.m., and discussions begin at 6:30 p.m.
