Take Action LA: Mind, Body, Block - Mother’s Day Edition is a neighborhood wellness day bringing families together through activities that support mental health, nutrition, and overall wholeness. Taking place in the Westchester Triangle, the event invites families to enjoy free hands-on cooking demos with fresh seasonal ingredients, light movement, creative arts, and family-friendly activities celebrating moms and caregivers. Community partners will also share approachable mental health and wellness resources in a relaxed, open-air setting. The day encourages families to slow down, connect, and celebrate Mother’s Day while supporting healthy minds, bodies, and community.
