Casa de la Familia invites the community to ¡A La Salud!, a Mental Health & Wellness event at Belvedere Park in East Los Angeles dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of Latino communities. Join us for a day of family fun, health-based activities, bailoterapia, music, and wellness experiences for all ages.

The event will also feature expert bilingual speakers sharing valuable information about mental health, emotional wellbeing, and breaking stigma in our communities. Local resource booths will be available, and light refreshments and snacks will be provided. This free, family-friendly event is a chance to connect, learn, and celebrate community wellness!
